Blueberry Muffins

Where would the world be without Blueberry Muffins? One bite and your senses are saturated with blueberry goodness. And you know the best thing about it? They're made with good-for-you ingredients, so you don't have to worry about eating too many. ;-)

Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

3/4 cup raw milk
1/4 cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
a little bit more than 1/4 cup of raw honey
1 fresh egg
2 cups organic whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. organic vanilla
1 tsp. organic cinnamon
1 cup organic blueberries (frozen blueberries work the best)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix wet ingredients, than add dry ingredients. Fold blueberries into batter. Grease muffin pans and bake for 15-20 minutes.
